If you are requested to do so by our support team, download the synaforce Teamviewer below and run it. Please tell the support employee the support ID that is then displayed. As soon as a technician connects to your computer, support is subject to a charge.
One support unit of 15 minutes is charged at CHF 48.75 excl. VAT.
